Changing workplace culture
Organisational development is about improving effectiveness through people. My work is based on the principle that elements of organisations are interlinked. A holistic approach that links individuals, teams and the wider system in order to better understand what may be impeding development and identify areas of strength.
My aim is to support people and organisations to develop skills and practices that enable lasting change.

My Expertise
I have over 20 years experience in leadership with particular knowledge and expertise in education, health and social care - particularly in multi disciplinary team work. I have specific knowledge in relation to child and adolescent mental health and Special Educational Needs.
I have an MA in Applied Systemic Theory focusing on multi disciplinary team work and an MA in Consulting and Leading in Organisations from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and UEL.
These qualifications combined with my experience inform my practice.
